MiBody Health and Fitness is a unique studio designed by Alison and Emma Tunley, two sisters dedicated to healthy lifestyles.
After years of referring people back and forth to one another, we were inspired to combine individual training and group fitness, Massage Therapy and nutritional counselling under one roof. Located in the heart of Mimico Village/New Toronto in Etobicoke, MiBody offers a wide range of classes and styles for you to choose from. Our highly skilled team is committed to working with you to meet your goals.
