Waited two hours for them to come they said only an hour called then they said oh thought you where calling ama. We are evacuees from the fort McMurray fires, I have a chronic illness and have been sitting here for 2 hours 7 minutes now with no water sweating to death. Also have my fiancee and 4 year old son here with no water in the hot sun getting eaten by bugs. Don't have my sons epipen it's locked in the car. Worst service ever even asked our ama if they could charge a different company cause I don't want to give this business our ama money but they couldn't. Worst {expletive} service and the lake of a heart when on the phone is unforgiving. If it wasn't for the fact my son and woman where here I would of just called the damn ambulance for my self.
