This company cares about nothing but profits even if it means sacrificing resident care. Staff always calling sick at last minute, with no one to cover, minimum wage salary for psw. Front-line staff are always short and the general feeling is that they feel unsupported as General manager focused on budget. RSM job is 24/7 and is required to be oncall. Very poor work-life balance for Nursing management team, it would seem. Only 1 shift for RPN 10-6pm, the rest has to be done by PSW. Imagine a home with only 1 rpn shift and 1 psw for more than 100 residents at night? Come on, residents here are not safe.
