Terrible service. We had a man from this company, Jean Serry, come to our home to lay down ceramic tile in our bathroom. Not only did he break some of the tiles, but he used WALL tile glue for the job. My husband and I did not know any better as we trusted him as a professional. Imagine our shock when we realized that the tiles were crooked and some could be lifted right off the glue! We had him return to fix the issue, at no charge to us of course. We did make sure that he used floor tile glue this time. He ended up breaking two more tiles, but installed them anyway. We could not check his work as we were told not to stand on the tiles for 24 hours. We checked it after 24 hours and some of the tiles were sunk in more than others, and spacers weren't used. We contacted this company again and were told that they would not return 'to do more volunteer work' for us. We ended up having to tear out all of the tile and have it redone. I would not use this company again, even if their service was free.
