This morning I received a TEXT, not a phone call, at 6:50 am, for a 7:00 am start time on the First Day, that the nanny who is supposed take our child to school is pulling a NO-SHOW. When we called the service we were informed that the nanny called in 20 minutes before we were notified and when asked if anyone would show up as a replacement - all we received was an NO, Sorry. This is the SECOND TIME this company has had a NO-SHOW. Last week, the Maid was over 45 minutes late, and we called off the cleaning. Simply put... You Can Not Trust this Company. Please don't self-inflect the harm this company has caused me onto your family.
