On May 16 2017 I placed an order with this company for a commercial fryer and shawerma machine that I needed. I was told by the owner that it should not take more than 5 days to ship this to us. I explained to him how time sensitive this order is as we are waiting on this equipment to open the restaurant. He advised that despite being in BC and us being in NS it should not take more than 5 days. To summarize what happened in a nutshell, the supplier lost the package in transit due to his staff shipping it to the wrong address and refused to take any ownership of the situation or provide a refund. It is June 21 and no equipment has shown up and no refund has been provided by this vendor. Looking for an unprofessional company, that will hold you responsible for their lost or damaged shipment then these are your guys to deal with.
