Workmanship and pride seem to be lacking on this home he built. It was not a custom home but one would expect a kitchen island to be put together correctly I gave him a chance to come backand repair a few weeks ago but has refused offered to help. I now some things can not be done now but trim and drywall should have been better done and inspected by the contractor. I did say could live with some of this but island was main one could not be happy with. Front door is now causing problems not sure if he well even come after last time here. Was not going to write review but Marylin May real estate gave the impression the contractor was a above average contractor. Possession date was end of September
