AWFUL MANAGEMENT. Unprofessional beyond the meaning of the word. They play games with their phones when tenants attempt to call them in order to cover up their inability to handle a pretty common problem in a friendly and solution focused manner. Please RUN. You will find a place that is cheaper and much nicer where soap isn't an unknown smell. Without this nonsense. (I will keep writing them, feel free to delete them like you have)
