Ottawa Valley Tree Experts

The estimator/owner comes to the door, says he's been here before. He may have been, but I don't recognize him. He asks about trees cut recently, & I explain about a tree that was to be cut last year but fell before the estimates were in & insurance took care of it. He then says that I should get "them" to cut the trees & just walks off without another word, gets into his car, & slowly drives away. I'm not getting my estimate, I conclude. I have no idea what turned this man off: the neighbourhood, the rain, my appearance... The difficulty of the job is my best guess, that perhaps he's not up to the job & cannot admit it. QUESTION: do you really want someone who is rude, unpredictable, & not exhibiting rational choices cutting YOUR trees next to YOUR house?
