We continue to ask ourselves a very simple, straightforward question: If we were constructing a building to serve ourselves as clients, what would we want? The things we want were really quite basic, but largely unavailable in the market. We wanted a trade contractor that was completely loyal to its clients, its employees and free of product affiliation. Although this seems obvious, it is the exception. We sit on the same side of the table as our clients and we represent their interests exclusively.
