He has a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) designation. As an RHI, he has reached the highest level attainable through CAPHI for a home inspector in Canada. Edgar is also a Certified Building Investigations Thermographer. Through the use of an infrared camera, he is able to acquire and analyze data about a building, for example, infrared signatures caused by moisture damage to drywall, insulation and other building materials. His Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications background has given him a great sense of analytical and technical skills when inspecting a home. Having also had experience in the construction industry, Edgar has developed a keen eye for detail and established a highly professional manner in presenting his report to the home buyer.
