Extremely poor management and subpar workmanship. I even met face to face with the President and found him to be cocky and arrogant. The quality of work never improved even after meeting with the President and my insurance adjustor to address my issues. The only pleasurable experience I had dealing with Pure Restoration was the day my insurance company gave me permission to fire them.
