Prairie Trail At The Oaks

The receptionists are not personable at all! They are miserable, rude and uncaring. I called in an appointment for my elderly father who cannot make his own appointments, and without knowing she said in a snarky voice/tone; “Well first of all, your Father should be making his own appointments”. EXCUSE ME!!! You are dealing with people who are making Dr. Appointments because they are not well. You are the receptionist to organize the appointments and it’s not up to you to judge why I need to call in for an appointment on behalf of anyone. I am escalating this, but wanted to let others know this was the topper of their rudeness. I feel I need to let others know.
