Some of the staff at the douglas store are alright.. But i wouldnt recommend them due to extremely poor customer service phone representatives. One i had i could barely understand and the second time i called back id gotten another ignorant individual. Their phone service really leaves much to be desired. I would not advise dealing with either these guys or money mart ( same problem).
