IQ Engineering Inc. Offers HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing , Commercial Kitchen Design & Project administration services according to the City & Building Code requirements for the following:
-Medium sized Commercial Buildings, Apartment Buildings & Residential facilities -Restaurants as well as Medical and Dental Offices -Beauty & Tanning Salon -Commercial Laundry & Car Wash Station -Building Permits (Residential and Commercial) Our design is according to the latest edition of the Ontario Building Code. We make sure that all the bylaws are reviewed before the permit application and that specification and drawing details are provided on time. We also work closely with the plan examiner for in time issuance of the Building Permit. Our professional engineer works with building inspectors of the town/city in Ontario to complete the project and hand it over to the client on time. The Professional Engineer submits the sealed engineering drawings; and we provide the Letter of commitment by the Professional Engineer and from the client to the city as required. In addition to the above mentioned fields, we also design and obtain permit for structure modifications, interior alteration, and upgrading of mechanical and electrical equipment with ESA inspections.
