Start To Finish Construction was founded by Stephen Lucyk, a Journeyman with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. When added together, the employees of Start To Finish bring over 200 years of combined construction experience to your project.
Owned and operated right here in Regina, Start To Finish Construction is always humbled at being invited into the homes of our clients.
