Well.. where do I start. Besides the fact that they send out a 135$ invoices for sending me the owners manual for my phone system (which did later get rectified.) I inquired about having some software installed that would digitally record calls for training purposes. Specifically said that I wanted to be able to print the calls so we could highlight training issues. They charged me $3700.00 and when the company who provided them with the software was doing training with me, she told me this software does not do what you are wanting. They sold you the wrong software". SO NOW I AM OUT $3700.00 AND DONT HAVE WHAT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR. Turns out they knew what i wanted wasn't even available but sold me the next best thing. Which is not what I wanted. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK - DO THE RIGHT THING PLEASE.
