The service received from Ace was stellar in my opinion. The fact that I got a call almost daily about real leads and also the tire kickers was a refreshing change from the feeling that you have no control in these types of endeavourers. Ace made sure that not only was the sale made, but that it was made to the right person. The old agade, a sale is a sale was not on the forefront of Ace's mind, and that was quite obvious, because of the time he spent with me explaining why certain people look to buy at certain times. With my case, it was an estate sale, so low bidders were coming out of the woodwork.
