Simple H20

We purchased the Simple H20 System along with the 7 Stage Water Filtration System. We are very happy with the system, however, at the time we were told a person would be around in 1 year to change our filters and that would be part of the agreement. When we called after a year to see when someone would be out to change our filters we were told that wasn't in our agreement. Not only do we have to purchase the filters, but they have to be installed by authorized dealer and the service record sheet is up to date or the or the warranty will be void. Very disappointed in the service!! Get everything in writing.
