Mark or Markku Koivula (going by TK Electric) is probably the most disorganized and untrustworthy contractor I have ever used. Never keeps appointments. breaks his own estimates and promises. Does not order the materials needed. Does not discuss what the down payment in till the day before he demands it. Save yourself a lot of headaches and use any other electrician in the GTA.
