Use to have a long standing order with Dianne at Valley Flowers until they "forgot" our order. They didn't even try to fix their mistake. All they had to say was "oops". I had a large event planned and was left scrambling to fix Dianne's mistake at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon for a 9 am Saturday morning event. Completly disgusted with their "oh well" attitude and will never use this company again!
