This place is great when you need a car, but horrible afterwords. I was dealing with a Gentleman by the name of John Collins asking about refinancing my van I bought from them. On at least 4 separate occasions when he promised he would call me, he never bothered to return my call. Bet if I told him I wanted to buy a car for my mother he would call me back right away!
