Hi Kendrick, I dropped by the store today to tell you how much I appreciated the help I received with a new clothes line. The old one came a part and collapsed leaving parts high in a tree and terminating at our cottage deck. Everything your counterman thought I might need was right on. Installation was easy and firmly secure. There were no parts left over! The line was was used immediately with a load of laundry and it it supported a good load in a strong wind. Not only am I pleased but I am surprised that it all came together so well. We hope future business will leave us well pleased! Helen and Dean Purdy.
