I was part of a wedding party event held at this Lakeshore Road salon on Thursday, July 9th. It had been reserved and planned weeks in advance for Manicures and Pedicures. The entire experience was a huge disappointment for the bride. The staff were rude and unpleasant, and services promised were not fulfilled. I would never return or recommend this salon.
