Brought my bike in for a Safety Inspection and they were very careful to make sure that it was done properly. They also took time to chat with me when they could, even though they were busy, and made me feel like a valued customer. It's hard to trust people, mechanics, etc, with respecting and taking care of my bike to the standard like I would want/do, but these guys took care of my bike and I, and I would very much recommend them.
