Those people do not know what service is. This dealership is empty and sells mostly used non Mazda cars for the reason. People with new mazda will rather drive to another dealership. Rip off on services, prices are higher than any mazda on cars.Rude,slow and unprofessional staff. From all dealerships that i have ever has been serviced from Subaru to Lexus and Mazda north west, this one is way below the lowest possible service. Ripped off, didn't do their job and waisted time. I will not be surprised if they will close soon.
