I am a former member of Fitxpress. They have made numerous unauthorized charges to my credit card. They also failed to cancel my membership when I requested. They have submitted false claims/statements to collection companies which have negatively affected my credit rating. There are currently a number of former Fitxpress members that are in the process of taking legal action against this company for committing fraud. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO FITXPRESS.
