This spa is only interested in my money and not my personal service. I have been there many times and had my daughter try to buy a product for her mothers birthday and had to prepay it in order to receive a promise to have it delivered in two days. After 3 weeks I still was not able to receive my gift. They would not provide her with a purchase receipt and only a gift certificate which could not be redeemed as cash. After several times trying to get my gift, I wanted to simply get our money back and they would not even honor that. Stating that she refused to pay us a refund even though we paid cash for the gift that we never got. This company has seen the last of my visits and not as a happy customer and took my money. The reception (Kasia) was rude, insulting and extremely inconsiderate to my simple requests. So if you want to get ripped off and have your money not returned, then they are the people to use. Or should I say be used. Never again. Don't get ripped off.
