Rose Bowl Flower Shop

Totally disappointed! Ordered flowers for Valentine's day on Feb 10th and paid up front, collected on 14th only to be told that they'd run out of carnations so they'd substituted with roses. Explained that I'd ordered carnations specifically as my girlfriend does not like roses. They came back with a bouquet of carnations which were half open and half closed, looked an absolute mess! Opted for a refund, so it's now Valentine's day and I'm left without any flowers to give my girlfriend, despite making all the arrangements well in advance. If you like thoroughly planning events and then being made to look an {expletive} due to someone else's incompetence, then I'd highly recommend this shop, for everyone else: avoid it like the plague! I support local business wherever I can, but I honestly feel that the local supermarkets and gas stations offer a higher standard of bouquet at half the cost...
