Polar Bear Professional Renovators

Ordered 14 windows + 3 exterior doors (all exteriors to be painted brown). Was given quote and accepted, I provided them with a $4000.00 deposit, 1 week later they called and said it would cost an additional $2500.00. Was told 4-5 week delivery which is standard. Delivery took 12 weeks! During that time I found out that they actually close during winter months so I could not get a hold of anybody on the phone, messages would go un-answered for weeks at a time. My contractor could not proceed with any of the renos while we waited for these windows. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere! Service was terrible!
