I live in Italy and was happy to find Micmac maple syrup in several supermarkets at last. I am happy with the product. I am UNhappy with the 250 gm bottles:the aluminum caps are supposed to separate from the bottom on twisting open the cap. Each of the 6 bottles I have bought, however, this was not the case. The cap only detaches half-way from the base. Pulling it off leaves a very sharp edge that makes it dangerous to use. It is a small thing but, when there are children involved, it is a BIG thing. This is not rocket science technology. You could fix it easily. I would have to avoid buying your product. Frank Casale
