KANATA DOG GROOMING

This groomer is the absolute worst i have ever been to!! They mutilated my beautiful goldendoodle! First of all, it is hidden amongst stores, it is tiny and the service is horrible! If you love your dog STAY AWAY! My dog went in to get a hair cut because he was quite matted(excluding his face, ears and tail). We instructed them to leave his beautiful golden retriever tail that hasnt been cut since we bought him and to leave his face and beautiful silky ears. The women nodded and acted like she knew what she was doing. We left for 2 hours, came back and they kept my dog in a cage behind a curtain until we paid the fee which was $113 plus a $5 dollar tip that I gave them. When we saw him we were HORRIFIED!! Our beautiful goldendoodle was shaved down to the point where you saw his skin, they completely cut his tail, and didnt even have the decency to cut it evenly, his whole body was shaved at different lengths!! It looked like a 3 year old with scissors had been the one to do the job!!! absolutely AWFUL!
