I was treated very poorly over the phone, like the business I could potentially offer was of no value. I did not have all the information on me when I called for what I needed done and I was hoping that with their expertise they could help me understand a few things. I did not expect to be treated with such arrogance and rudeness and at the end they let me know they did not have time for whatever I needed anyways. As a small business owner I know how important customer service is, Perfection Millwork is a busy place and they feel that because they have a lot of business they can treat everyone else like nobodies.
