Emerald Kitchens

I wish I could recommend this company but I can't. Its been 5 years and my kitchen is still unfinished. Unbelievably, the owners (Wayne and Chris) want me to pay them more money if I want the job completed. Really?? I chose Emerald Kitchens because I believed their marketing self promotion. Oops, I should have listened to friends who tried to dissuade me from dealing with them. Too late now. After the owner's 'pay up or do it yourself' final stand, I've decided to hire someone else (for a lot less money) to finish their work. Bottom line: I believe you can get much better customer service, better cabinet quality and, minimally, a completed kitchen pretty much anywhere else. Regretfully submitted - it didn’t have to happen like this.
