On July 12 , 2013 our dog Ingrid was taken to Dr.Jogar for spay surgery. She ended up with severe third-degree burns on her body appearing in one week after surgery. We visited Dr. Jogar on July 20, 2013 and he stated that it was some kind of skin disease. So we went to another hospital to get a second opinion. They determined that Ingrid was severely burned by a heating pad during a surgery.We opened the case with Ontario veterenary Complaints Committee for the investigation.
