Go Orderly

TOTALLY HEARTBROKEN. My elderly and extremely frail mother missed a CRUCIAL doctor's appointment (to refill a life-saving prescription) because Go Orderly showed up too late (well past the arranged and confirmed time). Everyone makes mistakes but when I called to find out what had happened, they told me that they suddenly no longer offer "orderly services because it's too much of a hassle" and then hung up before I could say anything. If you have booked a service that your life depends on and the company decides to cancel it without notice, you know you are dealing with a seriously unreliable company. Only half of my mother's heart is functioning and she is in extreme pain. Her urgent appointment was booked. Go Orderly was too late, then blamed us. Would you want to deal with a company that treats the elderly and the sick in this way? We are heartbroken and now we have a medical emergency on our hands.
