Humpty's Family Restaurant #45

1 out of five stars There was six of us, 3 coffee's 2 waters and a milkshake seems simplistic in design to order unfortunately that was not the case... Two waters an ice tea 2 coffees and a different milkshake flavor arrived, we ordered our entrée after an hour of waiting the decision was made to leave, I advised the manager that we were not able to wait I attempted to pay for the coffee but she wanted us to sit and stay I respectfully declined and we left... Under busy circumstances I can understand a delay in receiving a meal as I was employed in one of the busiest hotels in Calgary for a number of years. However when there are only 5 other tables with patrons this can only be chalked up to poor management zero quality control and a no caring attitude customer service is truly no longer in existence at Humpties
