We have bought one item from this location, a ring. While it was of good quality, the customer service that was received a few times was not up to standards. I went to find a ring and get an appraisal of some other rings that had gotten stolen for an insurance claim. I went to this location due to one of the stolen rings being bought there. They did not want me to get any other quotes (as the insurance company at suggested) and wanted me to leave all my original information with them and that they would deal directly with the insurance company. After a week, I did not hear from them and my husband picked up all my original documents (that I shouldn't have agreed to) and we walked away and bought our new rings in another location.
