Terrible customer service. Job not completed and we were told they would be able to handle the situation. When they couldn’t they did nothing to address the concerns with the cost vs service. Moose Jaw location was very rude on phone and openly admitted to ignoring emails sent. Will never use Roto Rooter anywhere ever again. Had great service with competitors. Better to go elsewhere.
