Welcome to Lo-cost Automatic South Side on 9901 – 72 Avenue in Edmonton. South Side is one of two locations owned by Ron Lauzon. The other Location is in Northgate on 97th Ave Edmonton. Ron’s Brother Cody is the shop manager of the Northgate location and has 25 + years experience and Ron’s son Josh is the shop manager at the south side location. Josh has been around the shops as soon as he could walk.
Between the two shops there is over 100 years of experience. South side has been owned by Ron since 1983. After running a successful Southside transmission shop for 11 years Ron then purchased his second transmission shop on the north side of Edmonton. Dan “The Man” is the main Rebuilder. Dan has been building for over 25 years, and can build anything. Kevin is one of the installers and has been around the industry all his life. Laurence another install has worked at the Southside location for 28 years. Ron is also part owner of Parts 4 Automatics, a Transmission and Torque Converter parts manufacture also located in Edmonton. Ron has dedicated his life to the transmission industry, and is a proud father to two boys and one daughter.
