Cam-Trac Inspection Services Ltd

Don't use Cam-Trac unless their quote is in writing. I selected them from Google and spoke with Amie Forsyth. She represented herself as an owner. I required thawing of a short underground conduit. The work was estimated to take about half an hour. Amie assured me that if the job took less than an hour that I would only be charged for two hours (one hour would be travelling time). This is not how I was billed. She requested a $1000.00 deposit which I new was excessive. Amie is very convincing and a good con. Don't trust her. Their driver arrived at 9 AM when the appointment was at 9:30. My Master Electrician was there to observe the process. The job started at 9:30 and the conduit was cleared of ice in 45 minutes. I complained when a small portion only of my deposit was returned. Due to what I suspect was guilt, Amie gave me back an additional $100.00 which wasn't near enough as per our agreement. Stay away from Cam-Trac as they will bill you much more if they can get away w/it.
