I had a BCAA claim for a cracked windshield on my Mercedes Sprinter RV and needed assurance that a factory windshield would be installed. After incompetant responses from Apple Glass and Speedy Glass a call to Platinum Glass in Kelowna assured me that a factory windshield would be replaced in accordance with the BCAA claims procedure. Chris handled the installation in a most friendly, professional manner and I am 100% satisfied.
