When Refresh Health & Wellness opened in 2009, we began as a day spa providing you with a relaxing environment that nurtured, pampered, and soothed your body and spirit. Today, Refresh is so much more.
Over this past several years, we’ve grown our staff from 8 employees to 20 employees. We’ve also expanded the services we offer and transformed into a complete wellness center. Our health services include chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, spinal decompression, shockwave and more! At Refresh Health & Wellness, our focus has evolved into providing whole health services. Not only do we provide a wider range of health services, but our health practitioners also collaborate to provide customized treatment for each patient. From the moment you walk through our front door, we’re committed to making sure that your experience makes you feel better than when you arrived.
