Terra Property Management Ltd

I currently live in a building that is managed by Terra Property Management. This is the most unresponsive company, when it comes to addressing any concerns. They have a general email that states some one will respond to you email within 24 to 48 hours. I have sent several emails and have only gotten one response. I do understand the amount of calls etc that they have to field one a daily basis.The general maintenance of the building is disturbing. There are abandoned cars in the underground, and the alley is full of debris. The overall get maintenance of the building is shameful. Katheryna the property manager has an abrasive tone when you talk with her. I think they could do better; if they wanted to.
