Canadian Tire

For me, I said that it depends based on a couple of different experiences...when we bought our lawnmower there they were fantastic, explained the difference between the different models, suprisingly did not try to sell us the "biggest and most expensive" stating that it would be more than we needed, we appreciated that!! Compare that to when we went to get hockey gear for our son, as first time hockey parents we had NO idea how the gear was supposed to fit, or what we'd need or anything, so we found an associate working in that department, and his level of help was to bring down two "kits" from the shelf, one in large, one in X-large set them on the floor and walked away. After trying both kits on we made our best guess at what fit him and ended up buying one, and the store where we got our son's skates, and the rest of the gear not in "the kit" offering to try the gear on him to tell us if it actually fit him (at their suggestion, not ours)
