Our spa isn't even here yet and already we're displeased with the service we've received. We were told 5 weeks ago it would be here in "about 3 weeks". Last Fri we were told it would be delivered on Mon, maybe Tues. On Mon we were told no later than Wed. On Wed they said 3:30 on Thurs. This morning, Friday, we were told noon today. It's 2:05 pm now. We spent $2,000+ more to buy from these guys instead of Costco or Home Depot because they told us their customer service would be so much better.
