Loyal customer for years. Had issues with initial grooming appointment, was told to treat dogs x2 then book appointment. Was told would be charged 1/2 the cost of grooming at first appointment (plus the 20% tip left for their trouble), 1/2 at second. Dogs were able to be rebooked, brought in and were told too much time had passed and we would be fully charged. Spoke with the manager/owner Cheryl, she confirmed that the store policy supported this but her staff did not pass on this information correctly to us. Cheryl verified she had a chat with her staff about passing on proper information in the future. Cheryl refused to honour the initial information that we were given as she need to stand behind "store policy" which of course, she admitted herself, we were not informed of correctly. Any other business would admit that the screw up was on there end and although there was this "store policy", because we were misinformed on their end, would honour what the clients were told and ensure their staff would know
