Sanville

Beware - Very dishonest company! They have cold called several times in the past pushing a new heating system for our house. Eventually I decided to have this upgrade done with Sanville. After the work was done, it was inspected by a different plumber, who noticed leaks in two areas because of poor soldering. Being well under 1 year since the install happened, we called Sanville to request that they repair the leaks, as it was spilling on the house furnace and causing further damage. After promising to send someone over within a week, we have no heard from them since. We have called over and over for several months, but they no longer answer or return our voicemails. Do not do business with this very shady company. Once they have your money, you're on your own. They will not honor their own 1-year warranty period.
