Small Town Pizza Drayton and Small Town Pizza Palmerston: Small Town...Big Taste!
With 15 years of experience in a family owned and operated pizza store, a determined young woman decided it was time to take her skills and family values to open her very own pizza store. Working in the industry for so many years she came to learn the ins and outs of the pizza business. Growing up in a small town she knew the importance of maintaining positive community relations and being able to offer quality products at family friendly prices. With her visions of keeping a “small community” in mind, she established many aspects of the company on the foundation of community support. With local community in mind she set out to utilize as many local suppliers as possible to support local businesses. With many local organizations, groups and clubs, she wanted to show support and provide fundraising opportunities to encourage community support. When it came to in store décor what better choice than incorporating local community landscapes and landmarks to showcase the community. After much planning, organizing, designing, product testing and community surveying she was ready to open to serve her community. In March 2011, she opened her doors as “Small Town Pizza” keen to become a recognized, supportive business in the small town of Drayton. With many thanks to the community, Small Town Pizza Drayton has been successful and a second Small Town Pizza location was opened in Palmerston in July 2013 and business is thriving.
