AVOID THIS PLACE! Purchased a car from their Gatineau location (although the Thurso location is on the bill of sale) and after claiming to "fix" several engine issues and replacing the timing belt the engine failed and left me stranded! They refused to help do any repairs and stopped responding to my calls and e-mails. Now I am out over $3000 in repairs. Once my mechanic started taking apart the engine to fix it he noticed many bolts were never reinstalled by these guys when they had it apart and many more bolts were reinstalled in the wrong location. Doesn't take a genius to realize what happens when a bolt too long for a hole is installed and it leaves the part lose so fluids can leak out! Also they stated work had been done (like the timing belt change) but it never was. Original belt still installed and they even left the timing belt cover off which left it exposed!
